SRB Education Solutions Acquires TSC
Effective January 24th, TSC Software Services Inc. announced that it agreed to be acquired by SRB Education Solutions Inc. of Markham, Ontario.
SRB Education Solutions has served the K-12 education community in Canada for over 25 years, and is the leader in supplying Student and Financial information Systems in Ontario. TSC’s relationship with SRB extends back over 15 years, to an original agreement for TSC to take on the support and further development of the products offered at that time by SRB in Western Canada. SRB is now a subsidiary of Star Municipal Technologies Inc of Kelowna BC.

Upcoming Product Release
Our 2007 Product Release is scheduled for April. This is our annual release containing our 2006 Manager Forum enhancements for our Finance, Purchasing, Payroll and Personnel core products.
Trish Holly will be contacting you to arrange your upgrade date for April, May or June. Please note that the entire product suite must be upgraded at one time so you will need to pick a date that does not adversely affect generating your payrolls.
You can contact Trish immediately if you want to pre-book an upgrade date.
